Governor Davis signs our bill!

On Tuesday, July 29, 2003, Governor Davis signed SB 784 (Karnette), which will help Habeas Project clients by extending the sunset clause of Penal Code 1473.5 from Jan. 1, 2005 to Jan. 1, 2010.
