GOVERNOR DENIES Minda Wilcox PAROLE!

On May 23, 2006, Governor Schwarzenegger reversed parole for Minda Wilcox. Minda has served 19 years in prison on a 15-years-to-life sentence for a crime that occurred when she was 18 years old.

This is the fourth time that the parole board has granted Minda parole, only to have the Governor reverse the board's decision.

We are saddened and outraged that Minda remains incarcerated despite being found suitable repeatedly by the parole board. We wish Minda strength as she faces another year in prison, and continue to support her in her quest for freedom.
